Sovereign Development Consortium invites top speakers to debate the way forward for RSLs to compete on the market buying land and increasing the provision of quality affordable housing.  The day included presentations from Clive Turner Plymouth City Council and Steve Douglas Housing Corporation to the chief executives, chairs, development and finance directors of members of the SDC as well as directors from the four contractors in the SDC contractor framework.
