Sales through the Partnering Agreement pass £1m

The Sovereign Development Consortium has officially been partnering with Rixonway since June 2007; with new kitchens first appearing in its new homes in the August.
Since that time Consortium members' Asset Management & Maintenance teams have also been taking advantage of the new arrangement; as have its partners within Westworks. All have been benefitting from substantial cost and efficiency savings, which in turn has been backed up by the Rixonway team's high standards of service quality.
This combined engagement of the SDC's collaborative partners has now resulted in the provision of kitchens to over 1,750 homes with a total expenditure, excluding VAT, of in excess of £1 million pounds. And the scale of the operation is set to escalate. When calculated in early September, average costs per kitchen were a highly competitive £588 + VAT.
Sovereign Development Consortium are delighted that the new collaborative agreement with Rixonway is providing such excellent value for money to its members and partners.
