West Sussex’s target of 46,000 new homes between 2001-16 is being assisted by SDC’s new partner Saxon Weald. The former Horsham transfer landlord has spent £7m upgrading older stock, and is now in a position to increase its development activity in Sussex and parts of Hampshire.
