Beechfield View will occupy approximately 4.6 acres of previously undeveloped land. Originally owned by Torbay Council, it was identified for development within the Local Plan and sold to Sovereign at a nil cost. Sovereign South+West actively engaged with local residents and the wider community, ensuring their needs were met and in 2009 the site gained planning consent.
