The Scheme
The affordable homes, built in partnership with the Oxford Rural Housing Partnership and West Oxfordshire District Council will provide a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom houses and apartments.
Each of the homes will be built using reconstituted stone and designed for modern living, providing enhanced eco-features to achieve the Code for Sustainable Homes level 3. This will include solar panels to assist in the production of hot water and increased wall and roof insulation.
